This is another show of Shame by an officer of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) in Lagos.
The terror of LASTMA with the help of the Nigerian Police is now unbearable to residence, who are been extorted, abused, physically manhandled or in
most cases killed in cold blood.
The attack of LASTMA in Lagos, like a typical Nigerian problem is directed to the poor and the struggling 'middle class'.
Okada people, Traders, Motorists are living in fear of these monsters, as they are equipped with lies that are used to 'steal' from the common man.
About 3 Nigerians have lost their lives from direct attacks from Officers of LASTMA in 2012, Millions of Naira are daily extorted from Road users in the name of contravening one traffic offense or the other.
How long will Nigerians live in fear of these 'official' monsters.
